Delete your PropDaddy account
This page is for the PropDaddy: SG Real Estate app (Android package sg.propdaddy.app, iOS app of the same name) and the website propdaddy.sg, operated by Big Papa Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202323507N). You can delete your account and the personal data attached to it at any time, in either of two ways.
Option 1 — in the app (immediate)
- Open the PropDaddy app on your phone and sign in.
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
- Scroll to the Delete account card and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Option 2 — by request (no app needed)
Email hello@propdaddy.sg with the subject “Delete my PropDaddy account” from the email address you signed up with — that is how we confirm the request is yours; we do not ask for your password. We process deletion requests within 7 days and confirm by reply once done.
What is deleted
- Your login (email, phone number and any linked sign-in method).
- Your profile — name, date of birth, gender, citizenship status and income fields, if you filled them in.
- Your property portfolio and everything computed from it (purchase details, loans, valuations you saved).
- Partner and co-owner links, match preferences, match conversations you sent, notification settings and the device registrations used for push notifications.
Deletion cannot be undone. If a property was co-owned with someone who keeps their account, their own record of that property remains, with your details removed from it.
What is kept, and for how long
- Server and security logs that may contain your IP address or device type age out automatically within 90 days.
- Public market data shown in the app (government transaction records, launch information) is not personal to you and is unaffected.
- If you have emailed us, that correspondence stays in our mailbox under our normal retention, unless you ask us to remove it.
Deleting some data without closing your account
You do not have to delete the whole account to remove specific things: in the app you can delete individual properties from your portfolio, unlink a partner, and clear optional profile fields. For anything else — for example removing a phone number or a particular record — email hello@propdaddy.sg from your registered address and say what you want removed.
